132 leaves of paper, watermarked with two forms of fleur-de-lis (quires 1–6 like Briquet 6798–6807, the rest like Briquet 7273), two parchment leaves at each end (ii + 130) The edges heavily retrimmed and stained yellow.
Hands
A single secretary hand.
Decoration
On fol. 1 a red and violet initial; otherwise plain red initials, paraphs and highlighting.
Binding
Standard Merton s. xvii; sewn on four bands; formerly chained from the usual position.
Provenance
It is not known when this book entered the College prior to s. xvii. Inside the front board is a title, s. xvii, and ‘O. 3. 14. Art:’, canc. and replaced with ‘M. 1. 10 (CXLII)’ in red; the College bookplate.
