Written in two sizes of gothic textura semiquadrata, probably French, s. xiii med.(below top line).
Decoration
Sections of the Pauline text introduced by 1-line alternate red and blue lombards, on flourishing of the other colour.
In the gloss, the head of each selection marked by a 1-line red or blue lombard in the contrasting colour.
Biblical lemmata underlined in red.
Running title in alternate red and blue lombards on the recto ‘RO’, followed in red by ‘amb’ with three dots.
Provenance
Marginal annotations in anglicana, frequently references to canonical lections, s. xiv in.
